Resumen de trabajo

The Territory Manager will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve company goals and objectives. The position will also play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with dealers, qualifying prospective dealers, generating leads, and managing sales of products and services in their market.

Deberes y responsabilidades

Research accounts and generate follow through sales leads in an efficient professional manner  Develop and maintain long-term Dealer business relationships through frequent service calls, relationship building, training, and issue resolution  Monitor and evaluate sales activities and products of the competitors  Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data   Maintain and expand customer database within assigned territory

Habilidades/habilidades requeridas

  • Strong communication, negotiation, follow up, and interpersonal skills  
  • Must be self-motivated, results driven, accountable, professional, and collaborative with a can-do attitude   
  • Must have reliable transportation with a valid, clean driver’s license and current vehicle insurance   
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory daily  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office   
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms

Educación y experiencia

  • High School Degree or equivalent is require; Bachelor’s Degree preferred   
  • Proven sales experience of at least (1) one year preferably in the automotive industry  
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and budgets  
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

Requerimientos físicos

  • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle, walking and standing on a regular basis
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
